About two months ago, I bought a packet of those ready mix cookie packs... where you only had to add butter and water... let's just say: I knew I shouldn't have trusted them. Using a a ready mix was shameful in the first place and it turns out not tasting so nice. Well, partially because I burnt them, I accidentally left the cookies in the oven for too long; but I strongly believe that they wouldn't have tasted nice anyway xP
Charcoal tasting chocolate cookies
After the failure of chocolate cookies, I did my homework and researched cookie recipes online. Baking from scratch is way better than using the ready mix packets! And the satisfaction you get when you take your cookies out of the oven escalates too! Unfortunately, I didn't have any chocolate chips, so I had to use normal dark and white chocolate and physically cut them into smaller pieces with a knife. I even tried to shape them - though that didn't go as well as I hoped xD

ReplyDeleteI didn't have cookie cutters... I just made them by moulding it with a spoon (is that the right 'mould'? I can't spell anymore >_<)

Yeah! I was thinking about making flowers but they were too difficult so I made stars... and the stars ended up being flowers =P
