(Future) Baking Blog

I think I may well get back into the habit of blogging. I'm not sure whether it's because I really want to blog, or whether it's because I have so much work to do that I need a marginally productive form of procrastination - this comes before cleaning and tidying up =P

Today, I remembered something I had long forgotten to do. About a year - or a few years - ago, I wanted to make a baking blog. A little part inside of me died when I've realised how little I've been baking over the past few years. Lack of time being one of the main issues. Well recently I've gained a little success and knowledge in making Portuguese tarts - though there's definitely plenty of room for improvement. I also made my first proper chocolate soufflé yesterday. I think it went well =) I would upload photos but they're o my phone and I'm a little lazy right now.

I think from now on, or next week onwards after my assignment and test, I'll officially start my baking blog. I guess it'll be more of a portfolio so I can keep track of stuff I've made and how they failed or succeeded =)

I guess the main reason for this post was really to remind myself to actually create a blog dedicated to this fading out passion of mine. Will post details once and if the blog is made =)

Another Long Time No Post

It has been absolutely ages when I  had last posted. In fact, it's been so long that I can even remember my last post. I shall have to go and refresh my memory right now =P 

Okay, this is weird. The last time I posted was this time last year! Not quite this day last year, but it was October 2011. And the title of the post was "Another: Long Time No Post". It shows that my brain hasn't really been evolving much since haha - still on the same brain wave =P 

I don't actually have anything to write or anything particularly interesting to say. I just felt like blogging haha =P 

Well just a quick update, I am now into my third and final year at University and lately I've just been busy with applications, assignments and preparations for exams. And this post is basically me trying to procrastinate writing my graduate applications. Anyhow, I shall make more of an effort to post more (interesting) stuff =)
